Return Policy

At Coach & I Lifestyle, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our returns policy is designed to facilitate smooth exchanges and ensure a positive shopping experience. Please review the following guidelines:

Exchange Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange items or receive a credit note – with the exception of terms and conditions associated to certain promo or sale items.

Condition of Items: All items must be in their original packaging, with tags intact and in unused condition. We will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or damaged. A valid receipt, proof of purchase, order number, or a gift receipt must be presented.

Items must be returned to Coach & I Lifestyle, Oratory Street, Naxxar for processing. If this is not possible, pickup can be arranged, however courier charges will be reduced from your exchange credit.

Exchange Options: You can exchange the item for an alternative product or opt for a store credit note.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased on sale are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on Personal Care Products including Lotions, Skincare and Earrings unless they are faulty.
  • Cancellation and return of special order items may be subject to a charge.

Please note that any returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the items do not meet the above criteria or are deemed ineligible for return.

 Damage or Defect Claims

All damage or defect claims must be made within 3 days of package arrival. Please ensure that you inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as we will not be able to honour damage claims not advised to us within the specified timeframe.

Kindly ensure to provide us with proof of purchase, any serial numbers or batch numbers of the damaged product, and images/videos of the damage.

Gift Returns

Items received/given as gifts may be returned for store credit, under the same conditions as above. Kindly present the gift receipt or quote the order number given. Items with no gift receipt or order number cannot be returned.
